With nearly 15 years of experience in relationship management, marketing & web design, and project management, Bruce Leto, Jr. has been a thought leader and expert designer in the media industry since 2017 - helping local businesses position for growth and success. Since then, Bruce has appeared as a Guest Lecturer in Economics at the Villanova School of Business & New York University; Published Author in the American Journal of Arts Management; Expert Blogger on UpCity; Guest Author on Forbes.com; and, Prizewinner in the 2024 American Prize Competition. Bruce's websites have won awards in internationally accredited venues such as Muse Creative Awards, The Davey Awards, 10BestDesign, The Communicator Awards, Yahoo! Finance, and UpCity. MBA with a Masters from New York University, Bruce believes in the intellectual approach to web design and marketing.

Jon Snyder

Creative Director - BFA AMA
Jon brings over 20 years of experience managing all aspects of advertising, marketing, design and branding for 100's of companies ranging in size from small local businesses to international and Fortune 1000 companies. BFA in Advertising/Design from Edinborough University of Pennsylvania. Well-versed and dynamic, Jon has experience managing branding and marketing for clients with industry-leading expertise in: website development for sites of any size or complexity, UI/UX, e-Commerce, branding & brand development, market positioning, marketing strategy, digital marketing, print design, print brokering, product and packaging design, trade show display graphics, environmental design, traditional advertising & PR, video production, outdoor advertising, art direction and comprehensive marketing & campaign management.

Lauren Leto

Advertising Specialist - BS
Lauren brings over 10 years of advertising experience to Dynamic Wave Consulting. In former roles, she has generated quantifiable results for clients such as the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Temple University, and Visit Philly. At MayoSeitz Media, Lauren was awarded the prestigious "Employee of the Year" honor - given to employees who produce quantifiable, measurable, and impactful advertising results.

Additionally, Lauren brings an intellectual background to the team - having guest lectured at Temple University and appeared in the "Four A's" partner group.

Lauren's creative [and vocal] skills have resulted in international recognition, such as a Silver Medal at the 2021 Global Music Awards for Singing Style with colleague Bruce Leto, Jr - professional pianist and pedagogue.
